Puce Thursday led to a....discussion between my mom and I about what color puce actually is. Keep in mind, she is the one who suggest puce in the first place. After Thanksgiving dinner, I asked if blueberry pie juice counted as puce. She vehemently disagreed, saying that puce was more orange, like the lighter orange in this leaf:
I tried to convince her that puce is a purpley-gray. She would not listen until several Google searches proved me right :) So, while we both searched the house for something that was puce, nothing acceptable was found. Until, I took a drink of my Coke, and realized....Straw+Coke=Puce! 
Challenge accepted! Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
